What We Don't Do

We do not prepare your building site. Before our installation crew arrives, you (or a local contractor you hire) need to:

• Clear the site of vegetation, rocks, stumps, and debris
• Grade and level the ground
• Pour a concrete pad or prepare a gravel base (depending on your building type)
• Ensure the site is accessible for our delivery truck

We are happy to advise you on site preparation requirements for your specific building — just ask.

We do not pour concrete pads, footings, or foundations. You will need to arrange this with a local concrete contractor before your installation date. We can provide the exact dimensions your pad needs to be.

We do not install electrical wiring, plumbing, or heating/cooling systems. These should be handled by licensed local contractors after your building is installed. We recommend planning conduit placement before pouring your concrete pad.

We do not install insulation. However, our buildings are designed to be easily insulated after installation. A local insulation contractor can add fiberglass batts, spray foam, or rigid foam to your building.

We do not install drywall, interior walls, flooring, or interior finishes. Our buildings provide the exterior shell — the structural frame, roof, wall panels, doors, and trim. Interior finishing can be completed by you or a local contractor after installation.

We do not pull building permits or obtain HOA approvals. Permit requirements vary by location. We recommend checking with your local building department before ordering. We can provide engineered drawings and specs if required for your permit application.

Standard buildings do not include gutters. If you need gutters and downspouts, these can be installed by a local contractor after your building is complete.
