20-Year Rust-Through Structural Warranty

Every metal building we sell comes with a 20-year rust-through warranty on the steel frame. If the structural framing rusts through under normal use conditions within 20 years of installation, we will repair or replace the affected components at no charge.

This warranty covers the galvanized steel framing against perforation caused by rust or corrosion. It does not cover surface rust, cosmetic scratches, or damage caused by improper modifications, chemical exposure, or neglect.

10-Year Panel Warranty

The sheet metal roof and wall panels carry a separate 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and rust-through perforation. Our panels feature a baked-on Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP) paint finish that resists fading, chalking, and chipping.

30-Day Workmanship Guarantee

Our 30-day workmanship guarantee covers the quality of installation. If you notice any issues with how your building was assembled — misaligned panels, improperly seated fasteners, trim issues, or other installation-related concerns — within 30 days of installation, we will send a crew back to correct it at no charge.

What Is Covered

Rust-through perforation of the steel frame (20 years)
Rust-through perforation of roof and wall panels (10 years)
Manufacturing defects in materials (10 years)
Installation workmanship issues (30 days)

What Is NOT Covered

Surface rust or cosmetic scratches
Damage from storms, hail, or natural disasters
Damage from impact or vehicle collision
Improper modifications or chemical exposure
Normal wear and tear
Foundation or site issues

Warranty Transfer

Our warranty is transferable to new property owners. If you sell your property, the remaining warranty coverage transfers to the buyer. Contact us with the original order information to process the transfer.

Maintaining Your Warranty

To keep your warranty valid, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

Keep the roof clear of debris, leaves, and standing water
Touch up any paint scratches or chips promptly to prevent rust
Ensure proper drainage around the foundation
Do not make structural modifications without consulting us first
Inspect fasteners and trim annually and tighten as needed

Insurance Recommendation

While our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, we strongly recommend adding your metal building to your homeowner's insurance policy. This provides coverage for weather damage, theft, and liability that falls outside the scope of the manufacturer warranty.
