I was able to use their easy to navigate 3d building app to design the building exactly the way we wanted it. Lori was patient and available to help every time I had a question, made a change (I made several), offered helpful suggestions, and even helped with the local concrete contractor that we hired that was being very unprofessional and difficult because he had made some critical errors pouring our concrete slab that had to be corrected. To be clear, neither Garage Buildings nor Lori had any affiliation with our concrete contractor but she was very helpful and influential in getting him to correct the errors that he made that would have delayed getting our building erected as well as negatively impacting our barn build. The crew they sent for the install was very professional and did a great job as well. They did not cut any corners and took pride in their work.
